Veterinarian
Dr. Jeffrey Lavine was born and raised in Bergen County, New Jersey and is excited to bring his services back to the place he calls home. Dr. Lavine graduated from Emory University with a B.S. in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology, obtained his DVM from The University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in 2009 and completed his medical and surgical internship in Washington, DC.
Vetcierge was created by Dr. Jeff Lavine in 2013. He saw the need for a high-quality personalized veterinary house call practice in the Manhattan community. Dr. Lavine’s goal for Vetcierge is to bring back the lost art of the family veterinarian, focusing on individual care from the comfort and convenience of your own home.
Dr. Jeff has developed a strong interest in preventative care, canine and feline medicine, senior care and end-of-life decisions. Dr. Lavine attends local and national conferences, participates in local professional organizations and studies industry journals to stay current with all the latest veterinary knowledge to ensure your pet receives the best care.
When he's not racing around the NYC streets, Dr. Lavine enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 adorable kids. His list of hobbies is too long to list, but includes exercise, gardening, cooking, fishing, sports, relaxing, travel and so much more!
